The first line of implantation constitutes the transition between the forehead and the hair.

Designing this line individually for each patient is essential for an ideal aesthetic result. A bad design (too low, too high or with incorrect angles) is very difficult to correct. It is the presentation card of the implant result and if well designed it will offer natural results at any age over time. It reflects the technical skill and aesthetic judgment of the hair surgeon to achieve a natural and long-lasting result.

The anatomy of each patient, their capillary density and their age are key factors. It requires good planning that will take into account the shape of the face to respect its harmony. Reference points (glabella, trichion, outer canthus of the eyes and frontotemporal angle) are determined to draw imaginary reference lines for the creation of a personalized design. Entry closing errors will be avoided and line types (blurred, defined or loose) will be defined to achieve the desired results.
